Located in the heart of Chelsea's Gallery District, adjacent to the High Line and just north of the Meatpacking District, The Fillmore Room is Chef/Owner Liran Mezan's homage to old New York.  Triggering a moment in time, the space features five gorgeous copper-hooded fireplaces, luminescent tin ceiling tiles, exposed beams, brick walls and deco lighting fixtures.

Not only has Mezan paid considerable attention to history at The Fillmore Room, he has drawn upon his global knowledge of technique and flavoring to create familiar yet unexpected dishes based on American classics.  Start with an assortment of Snacks & Shareables such as the Smoked Trout Rillette or the Deviled Egg Trio and various Raw Bar offerings and move happily into the Grilled Spanish Octopus and Steak Tartare.  Don't forget the Veal Ricotta Meatballs and for your mains you can't go wrong with the Fillmore or Lobster Burger, Brook Trout or Apple Glazed Pork Chop.
